Holy Name High School

In 1901 Holy Name purchased a school building in the 500 block of Third Street for use as a high school.  This building was used until completion of a new elementary and high school at the corner of Second and Adams St. in 1905.  A new high school was completed in 1950 just down the block from the old school.  In 1970 the Holy Name parish decided that it was no longer financially feasible to have a high school and the students transferred to Henderson City High and Henderson County High.
